Wonderful zesty taste
Delicious seasoning....Slightly tart and tangy.....I mix it with Zaatar from the same company and mix some of it with olive oil and spread it on Pita bread, then toast it in the toaster oven till crispy on the edges.....So good with yogurt on the side.....

I LOVE this lemony spice but once opened and shut it still looses its lemony fragrance and taste

Doesn't taste as described... Maybe it will be better in something but seemed flat

This was nothing like the fresh sumac collected here and processed. It tasted salty. It appeared dark indicating it was not pure shell coatings but maybe had some stems ground in. It never had near the fresh lemon tang of the Staghorn Sumac in my area.
