I love how this Celery Salt can level up any dish! Over Easter we used on macaroni salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, and even on just hard boiled eggs. It gives a sophisticated flavor to a simple dish, and I love the beautiful jar that fits great in my spice cabinet.

I was given the opportunity to try this McCormicks celery salt. It was truly delicious. 've been throwing it on eggs, chicken, along with different soups, and it just makes everything taste better without me having to think about it. It's not overpowering at all, just gives that little extra flavor that makes food taste more put together. Definitely one of those things I didn't realize I was missing. I'll 100% be buying this in place of my old brand.

This is a really high end design packaging for gourmet celery salt. It fits well in my hand even when I'm covered hands deep in soup and sauce! The right amount is released with ease, and it's the ultimate combo of flavor and salt for all of my recipes!

I never think of using celery salt, but after receiving this celery salt for free in exchange for my review, I realize I've been missing out! This adds a depth of flavor that my foods have been missing - especially soups! This adds a salty depth that other spices just don't have.

The flavor is solid and consistent with what I'd expect from McCormick; nothing groundbreaking, but it does the job reliably. My only real issue is the sodium level. A tiny 1/4 teaspoon serving packs about 270mg of sodium (around 12% of your daily value), which adds up fast if you're using more than a pinch or two. For anyone keeping an eye on salt intake, it's something to be cautious about—it's basically salted celery seed, after all. Taste-wise it's fine, but I'd prefer a lower-sodium option or one where the celery shines more without so much added salt. The McCormicks celery salt has a slight hint of celery and is mostly salt. The holes in the shaker seem to be too large for the product. Since this is a salt the holes should be a lot smaller than they are. Overall the product does add some flavor to dishes that it's added to, however I would like to taste a lot more celery than I did.

This is not the item I ordered. Not anywhere near the item I ordered... Dill seed is what I ordered. This is Celery Salt. for what it is, it is a great product. However when substituting, if you don't know what you are substituting for then ask the person buying the item!
