***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER*** I'm sure the system is awesome when it works!! The device sent to me was used and didn't work! I tried the charger it came with and it works on my phone but not the console, I tried every plug in the house and to be clear I just got it out the box today a couple hours ago and it's never turned on. I tried all the steps I could, holding the power button, vol and “…” button together, etc and no chime no blinking led, not once have I seen the led light up. After further inspection this device does not look new at all. I noticed a crack in the shell at the top right in the middle as well as light white scuff looking marks on all corners of this device. It also looks very dirty in the seams mainly where the hands go😡 I'm upset especially since it should be new and these people should be testing these to make sure they work before shipping! I don't know what to do😢 I will try to get some photos of the details. I never got to turn it on so as far as I know there's no mods or anything done to the device, unless I'm correct in that this has previously been used before, then it's a possibility. I don't have any sd cards or anything attached to it other than the charger and the stick covers. If this situation gets fixed then I will update my review and possibly give more stars but this is ridiculous to send to someone😡

Vendor shipped European version of steam deck. Unit was also defective and had no sound. Dropped the product off over a week ago still have not received a refund. Had the product for less than 24 hours. Walmart shopping and shipping experience is clunky and slow. Amazon gives you a credit for the product at the moment you drop it off. Buy from Amazon instead or go directly through Steam to ensure you're getting a product that has a warranty works and is from your correct region.
