This is the final ingredient for my ramen cup augmentation packets that include freeze dried corn, peas, green onions, seaweed shreds, and now mushroom granules. This adds a lot of flavor and some nutritional value to basic ramen. The resealable MRE style package is handy and helps preserve the mushrooms.

Best dried mushrooms I've used. I've bought whole mushrooms often and they contain more undesirable chewy black mushrooms than the better shiitake, porcini etc. This is an easy add to soups, Asian dishes and good mix.

Easy to rescontitute by soaking in water. Very tasty. Able to add to spaghetti sauce dry and plump when the sauce was heated.

Put in the blender to make a good mushroom powder, perfect to give soups and gravies more texture and flavor

i hate when Walmart says it will be delivered by such date, and for days after the delivery date, the item is listed as arriving on time several days ago. if its the 20th, it states: will arrive on the 15th by 8pm. oh really?how can Walmart deliver items on the 15th, if its the 20th of that month??? got a time machine Walmart? didn't think so. extremely disappointed. refund required. i refuse to wait indefinitely for it. i am too busy to sit waiting for something that may not come.
