This is one sturdy well made pool ladder! I am impressed with how thick the ladder is and sturdy. It locks great also for safety. I would buy one again that is how well made it is!

This is a great ladder!! I wouldn't swing from the top rail but they are sturdy enough for my 76 year old mother in law so they are perfect for us!! The steps are great!

Directions would have been helpful. Received the taupe but ordered the white. I didn't mind the color so I kept the one received.

It's a great upgrade for the steel ladders that come with some of the vinyl sided pop-up pools. However, this ladder has a few drawbacks that it's not all that stable even when you pick up the sidebars.

The directions are overkill for sure. A simpler step by step with better pics would have helped, but we got through it. Had to undo a couple of things then re do it right, but hey, why not right? Just too much verbage. It got done and it's sturdy and has a great appearance.

Could have begun made better some of the holes barely lined up causing not the easiest assembly. It could have been easier. No tools no anything to put together with.

The ladder itself is very sturdy. I like the fact that you can adjust it for different heights for different pools. It's a very heavy ladder and I see it being very durable. However, the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. The pictures are small and the follow-through on the instructions is questionable. I wouldn't have purchased. Had I known about the instructions.

Instructions are terrible!! And no where did it say I had to connect it to the pool, before purchasing. Have yet to figure out how to connect to a vinyl pool. Not sure I'll be able to use. 200 bucks wasted!

When we received the stairs for the pool, I thought they would be a little bit more sturdy than what they are, but they're OK. I would buy something different next time.

It is a 3D printed ladder. loose plastic everywhere. very flemsy. Holes would not line up to put screws in, couldnt even get them in the center. Then it did not even have enough screws by even half. Took apart to take back. I'd give no stars if I could. very disappointed!
