i was sent the wrong product. if you look at the label, its labeled "Sublingual" but what I received was not. i had to send it back. if you need Sublingual, try another brand.

Wrong Product
I odered these specifically because they the picture and description said SUBLINGUAL.. I've been waiting a few days to receive yhis product to only have the wrong product delivered. I received the regular tablets, which I could have gone and bought at the store.

Careful when ordering drugs.
Ordered sublingual 50 and instead received another Nature Made product, B12 fast dissolve. Not the same thing, doctor said specifically sublingual. Even the packaging is different.
