This is the first formulation of Magnesium that has helped reduce severe nightly cramping (charlie horse type) in my feet and legs while trying to sleep. I had tried a couple other brands/forms including magnesium gluconate and citrate with no result. Magnesium malate is what worked for me! So thankful I am sleeping peacefully again!
Delivery went well and packed well ... haven't tried yet but will let you know. Thank You
it takes time to notice a difference. its been a week. maybe in a month's time i will tell a difference.
This works great ! I can't tell the difference compared to the other braids I've tried . Price point is great for quantity and effectiveness of product.
I have been taking this now for a couple of weeks. I take it in the morning to help with energy and brain fog. So far it's been good. No side effects, I feel like I can get more done during the days and not become exhausted quickly.
Great product! Will order again!
Using the Magnesium Malate in the morning, I'm finding have better focus throughout the day. But definitely take it with a drink and food. The couple times I've tried to just take it on the go, hours after breakfast when I remember, I've been overwhelmed by nausea and upset stomach.
If you have an issue swallowing large pills, these are huge in my opinion.
This product is very misleading. You don't know exactly how much magnesium you are taking. It also is very hard on the stomach, unlike other brands. I hate that I brought it!!!!!!
