Extra energy
I started taking this a couple of months ago for my arthritis. It is definitely helping with my inflammation. My inflammation does seem to be doing better, I am able do do more on a daily basis, but, bonus, I have noticed that I also have more energy.

This product has everything you want in a collagen supplement -- all 5 types of collagen for multisystem health and support, all hydrolyzed, Vit C and hyaluronic acid to aid the collagen, and in a convenient pill form. However, I am 10 years post-gastric bypass and it is always a crap shoot how my "custom plumbing" will digest and absorb any pills or supplements. I gave this supplement about 2 weeks, because that is how long the bottle lasted taking it 2x daily, and I noticed no results. This product could work amazingly for someone with a standard digestive system, therefore I would still recommend it.
