My only Complaint is how long it takes to brew a cup. I am probably too impatient but, I am spoiled.

Id buy this again. The only thing is it doesn't matter how much coffee u put in the basket it's always the same strength. I like a strong cup and I just can't get it with this. Also it's really hard to see how much water I'm pouring in and always end up putting more than I wanted

Coffee doesn't taste the same, like Keurig much better. Coffee just doesn't taste the same as it does brewed in the Keurig.

It's cheap takes forever to make a cup, but it makes a decent cup of coffee.

i love the look of tjis coffeemaker but, when I tried to use it it didn't work----I had water all over as the tank leaked and when I tried cleaning it with just water it beeped right away that it was done and no water went through it. ver disappointed with this purchase and will call company where it came from on Monday!!
