Rollator was great and went together perfectly but the clip for accessories is broken. Must have been damaged in shipping. The whole reason she wanted this one was bc of the cup/cane holder.

Easy to use and sturdy. Brakes are so helpful and walker was easy to assemble. Although attachments cracked when attached. Got in contact with seller and they were very helpful. Delivery was good. Recieved replacements quickly and this gift was a hit.

I LOVE it!! I'm pretty short, and where it's height is pretty great. The seat height is a little and a little bit high, but is what usually happens. The color is awesome!!! The color says it is blue , but to myself it is more tourquiosey side than a navy or sky blue. I will be taking the other walker back to Walmart to return.

I purchased this WALK MATE Upright Rollator Walker for my 90-year-old mother, and she has been very happy with it. It is exactly as described—lightweight, sturdy, easy to maneuver, and simple to fold for storage or transport in a vehicle. The padded seat and backrest are comfortable, and the blue color is cheerful and attractive. It feels well-made and durable, and we expect it to last for many years. Overall, an excellent walker with no complaints from my mother.

Has great features other walkers don't have. I like that I can raise the handles and folds easily. But it is bigger than i expected. I will use it more outdoors.

Positive aspects for this item are ; large wheels allowing walker to not get slowed on cracks where small wheels can get hung up, brakes to slow a descent up so the walker will not try to run away from the user, and emergency brakes to keep the walker stationary where it was left even on a grade, easy to fold up for storage if you remove everything in the storage pouch. negative aspects for the item: 1. heavy to lift from the location of the handles especially when items are placed in the carrying pouch. 2. Cell phone and drink holders when installed make it impossible to navigate through a 32 inch doorway without removal of those added items. 3. Backrest which slides into place during installation should have a safety release to keep it in place so you can use it to help lift it up stairs when handicap access is not available.

Excellent walker, lightweight easy to navigate. Red buttons on top of handles make adjustment easy just wish they installed a safety lock as an older person could hit it to adjust and pull it right out causing injury to themselves or would not be able to get it back in themself

Absolutely love this walker. Took bag off and put it in the bag for easier access to the contents and now it works perfectly for me. By drilling two more holes for the set screws, every user would be able to choose where they want the bag. The higher adjustable handles do not strain my back. I use the cupholder daily. It is very stable and allows me to walk for a number of miles to exercise.

Great Walker, Just A Little Short For Me, I'm 5'3 and have it at Max Height. Still lean forward when walking, wish it was a little taller! It works as it should, all accessories are a plus!

I refused delivery of the rollator on Saturday because I had changed my mind %26 told the deliverer that. He told me that he could come back for it but couldn’t put it back on the truck then. I filled out all info required for the return online %26 it was picked up. Today 12-26-24 the package was returned to me by a driver who said that I would have to request another pickup. He put the package in my opened garage. I told him that I had already asked for pickup but don’t have access to printing a label. So now the tape is coming off the package %26 it may allow it to disintegrate. The $100.00 item is sitting in my garage. Will you please tell me what to do to return this item to you ASAP? Thanks.
