It’s easy to assemble, is lightweight, easy to use and comfortable. Cup holder a little easy to knock off accidentally but all in all I love my pretty blue rollinator

I like this chair its very easy to handle light weight. and durable. it also fold easily. all in all its a good purchase.

Rollator was great and went together perfectly but the clip for accessories is broken. Must have been damaged in shipping. The whole reason she wanted this one was bc of the cup/cane holder.

I purchased this because I'm in a walking boot. I will say it is a little big, but it makes walking so easy as opposed to a regular walker where you're just up and down and up and down this Rollator keeps me even. I really love it not to mention I've got a cupholder and a holder for my cell phone and I got a basket! 😄

I purchased this WALK MATE Upright Rollator Walker for my 90-year-old mother, and she has been very happy with it. It is exactly as described—lightweight, sturdy, easy to maneuver, and simple to fold for storage or transport in a vehicle. The padded seat and backrest are comfortable, and the blue color is cheerful and attractive. It feels well-made and durable, and we expect it to last for many years. Overall, an excellent walker with no complaints from my mother.

What a great walker my mother absolutely loves it. The cell phone holder, though could be a little bit thicker you know the opening cause not all cell phones are narrow, especially ones that have cases on them. Other than that the walker is amazing. My mom can glide over stoops on sliding glass doors Front doors anything with the threshold right over it

Positive aspects for this item are ; large wheels allowing walker to not get slowed on cracks where small wheels can get hung up, brakes to slow a descent up so the walker will not try to run away from the user, and emergency brakes to keep the walker stationary where it was left even on a grade, easy to fold up for storage if you remove everything in the storage pouch. negative aspects for the item: 1. heavy to lift from the location of the handles especially when items are placed in the carrying pouch. 2. Cell phone and drink holders when installed make it impossible to navigate through a 32 inch doorway without removal of those added items. 3. Backrest which slides into place during installation should have a safety release to keep it in place so you can use it to help lift it up stairs when handicap access is not available.

I am including a number of pictures. When you look at the advertisement from the sales people, there is very smooth parts, but when you get the object in front of you, you find that many of the joints have been filled in and painted over. This is very uncomfortable knowing that an 85-year-old woman is going to be using it. There is such a thing as truth in advertising. This seems to indicate that the product is not up to par. It is completely paid for and assembled. I am very upset and worried about my mother using this rollator. Please let me know what you are going to do about this defective item. Item is nothing like the ad picture. Welding of the metal rods is horrible and ridged all over. It looked used or refurbished and scratch marks on the wheel. Brakes aren’t that good. It was too late for me to return.

the sesms were very messy, not smooth. seat is very narrow hit me in back of legs, not comfortable. felt unsafe to me.
