Weber Buffalo Trace Smooth & Savory Blend Whiskey Flavored Seasoning, 6.5 oz

Wow, this is by far the best blended seasoning I have ever tried. It has a savory flavor, with a bit of sweetness to it, that makes it very versatile to use. I used it to season chicken breast, and they tasted absolutely amazing. I am going to try it out on a variety of other foods and snacks, like popcorn, chips, vegetables, and maybe even some fruit like pineapple. I absolutely love this!

The Buffalo Trace seasoning is fantastic. I used it on grilled steak, and the savory whiskey flavor was incredible. It really elevated the meat. I even sprinkled some on roasted veggies, and they were a hit. The seasoning adds a unique twist to my meals.

My Ribeye steaks have been improved with Weber Buffalo Trace Smooth & Savory Blend. I rubbed the seasoning all over my steaks and put them on the bbq grill. I can taste the ingredients such as sugar, salt, garlic, whiskey, and molasses . I love that it's affordable and all my grilling family/friends will get one in their Christmas baskets.

Buffalo Trace smooth and savory blend is a surprising roller coaster of flavors. The first notes are kind of like a vanilla bourbon, followed by a little sweetness, then a big garlic and herb flavor, finished with a mild heat. Honestly, I would use it as an everything type seasoning, it's really good.

This Buffalo Trace seasoning smells like whiskey as soon I you open it. It is salty enough and has notes of sweetness while still having a little spice to it. I wouldn't care to use this seasoning for just anything, but paired with the right meat and a glass of Buffalo Trace bourbon, I think it would be a great addition of flavor to your meal.

I'm not sure what I expected from a seasoning blend with whiskey in the name, but this isn't really savory. The turbinado sugar tastes like a mild brown sugar, and it is evocative of a barbecue seasoning. I like the balance of the garlic and onion with the sugar. This will make a good base for rub.

I love weber seasonings but I couldnt get what I was expecting from this. Tried a little amount on my steak but was not spicy enough and was little salty. It feels like it will be a better match with pork but not perfect with my steak meal. I will give it another try tomorrow. I can rate it 3 stars out of 5 overall

I was exceted to try this seasoning but it's first ingredient is turbinado sugar. Sweet and salty flavors hit you first. It's supposedly made with bourbon but the flavor is hard to detect, being the next to last ingredient. I want to like this blend but the sweet and salty flavors dominate and overpower. And they are crunchy.

I get what they're trying to do here but I can't think of a good use for it. I get some of the bourbon notes in the aroma and a hint of it in the taste, but once it's cooked onto something all I get is garlic and sugar, which is kind of weird. And since the first ingredient is sugar you have to be really careful to overcook it because it goes from carmel to burnt really quick.
