Weber Master -Touch Charcoal Grill

Have had this grill for just over a year now. It never lets me down. Creating indirect heat is a snap with the side baskets, easy to keep the charcoal area clean. My only suggestions would be to put more hanging hooks on the kettle and securing the centre food grill as it keeps falling out when cleaning. Other thatn that it is a truly brilliant piece of kit.

i had a old weber kettle grill that i bought at a yard sale 20 years ago used. so i decided it was time to upgrade. wow so much easier to maintain heat for those longer cook times.i guess i could have rebuilt the old one which i have in the past but it was time to upgrade and I'm glade i did. hope to have this grill for at least another 20 years

There's a natural learning curve to dialing in your ideal cooking temperature, but the system is logical — adjust the vents, monitor the heat, and fine-tune from there. After a cook or two, it starts to feel very intuitive. Lid Holder The built-in lid holder on the bowl is a genuinely useful feature, keeping the lid secure and out of your way while you tend to the fire or manage your food. One word of caution though — sliding the lid in and out of the holder can scratch the paint over time. If keeping that beautiful Deep Ocean Blue finish in perfect condition is important to you, handle it with a little extra care. Bottom Line The Weber Master-Touch is a fantastic entry point into charcoal grilling. It's well-built, easy to get started with, and comes from a brand that has been trusted for decades. Minor paint scuffing aside, this grill checks every box. Highly recommended.

Quality was beyond what expected. Very easy to control. Heat, cooking, indirectly or directly. Have had great luck with whole chickens. Ribs and steaks and hamburger are great. Love it. Would highly recommend anyone to invest in one. Feel like I will get years to come of service from it.

It was always a goal of mine to really learn charcoal and this grill makes me more and more glad I made that choice. Super high quality craftsmanship and makes amazing food!

I absolutely love my Weber 22” Master-Touch Kettle. It’s way easier and faster to use than I expected for charcoal cooking. It heats up quickly, holds temperature well, and gives me way more control than I thought a kettle grill could. Adding wood chips for extra flavor has been a game changer. The smoky taste it adds to everything from steaks to burgers to chicken is unreal. It gives food that real backyard barbecue flavor without any hassle. Overall, this grill makes cooking over charcoal simple, fun, and seriously rewarding. If you’ve been on the fence about switching to charcoal, this is the one that will convince you.

Solid grill. Easy to clean, heats up fast and has plenty of cooking space. Two things I don’t love: first, the shelf is not my favorite as is just rests on top of the grate rather than having a designed spot to hook in. Second, the thermometer location is not ideal. If you have the coals to one side as I usually do to set up two zones, the best place for the lid vent is opposite to the coals. This puts the thermometer directly over the coals which throws off the reading. Overall, the grill is a great buy and preforms very well. Also, the lid holder and the ash catcher make this grill much more functional than the base model.

Grill works great no issues in cooking. I did receive one that had a damaged leg. Weber replaced the legs quickly. Not much bad to say about the grill. The only issue I have is with the cooking grate. The center of it is removable which I seem to consistently have to adjust if I move the grate for any reason. I should have purchased the performer for the extra shelf space. Overall great purchase.

Purchased as a replacement for my 15yr old kettle grill. Really like the Master touch. My only complaint is with the grilling rack, the center section keeps coming out when using a brush to clean it. Will probably buy a replacement cooking grate with out the moving and removable parts

I bought my Weber BBQ… one month ago… still waiting for legs missing on the BBQ… Weber is suppose to send parts in the next few days… Until that Time , I can't use the BBQ… I am very happy………..
