Perfect for my teenage son and me. Flat, incline and decline. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. We arent lifting super heavy weights, but 50 lb dumbbells wouldnt be an issue.
For the price it's a great deal, it's light and easy to move. Assembly isn't too challenging as long as you pay close attention to the directions. The only difficulty is using the one decline setting without something to hold you feet that's where you have to get creative but overall would recommend to anybody not looking to spend a ton on home gym equipment.
Super easy to install, took about 30 minutes and only needed a wrench and standard screw driver. This is the cheapest bench I could find during a time when most benches are very expensive due to demand, but the quality is outstanding for the price! It certainly looks like it will hold up for years to come
Easy to fix it once provided with the assembly manual. Very efficient workout chart provided inside the box. Looks durable quality material. Only Con is that they do not include the tool kit for assembly. comfortable padded seats. well packaged.
It does what it was built for, read the instructions before slapping parts on and it’s sturdy as they come. I’d say get an adjustable wrench and a decent screwdriver too.
This is a very well designed exercise bench, sturdy construction, easy to put together and at a terrific price. I was recently released from rehab from surgery on my left shoulder and wanted to continue the exercises at home and needed a bench. This one is very close to the bench I used during my 3 month sessions.
Bench is adequate for performing lighter weight lifting motions due to slight wobble in the back bench when it is upright. Sometimes the pin won't fit in holes in the metal incline arch do to misalignment with the holes in the horizontal supporting bar.
The bench when I first built it seemed perfect. Sturdy and when flat is ideal. but when I try to do incline or decline, the alignment is off and the pin doesn't secure properly. It holds... but it wont go thru both the slots. It holds well enough for now but I do wish I had sprung for a better one.
Love how long the bench is especially when I have taller people working with me but unfortunately the back is really wobble and the seat a tad bit. They are not evenly aligned when layed flat. When setting it up I pushed to hard on the screw in the seat area and pushed screw attachment back into the seat alittle so I couldnt fuller secure that screw. You get what you paid for so maybe looking for a better quality one which will be about 100 bucks more. You can not do hip thrusts off of this with heavy weight because it can possibly break the chair from how much pressure you are putting on one side.
I've shopped at Walmart for many years, who hasn't I guess? And this is the first product that I've actually disliked enough to return or even write a review for. It's entirely possible that the screws that I were given were not meant for this device, but I'll probably never know. All the screws were too long, were sticking out and nothing could really properly be locked into place. It was ridiculously wobbly and I didn't feel comfortable sitting down on it, let alone lifting weights. Not that not all the issues were from the screws. The back rest being wobbly is because the gap provided for the adjustable backrest is much bigger than the piece itself. Much closer to an unsafe child's rocking horse than a weight bench. Needless to say, I have returned it.
