Great all day energy boost, without jitters, no crash. Slight thermo effect for first couple days but has subsided. Not disruptive to sleep. I wasn't expecting an appetite suppressant but appears to have that effect. Love this hydroxycut product. Will purchase again.
This is a simple, effective appetite suppressant. i have used it for a couple of years now. I personally use it daily and can certainly tell when i have forgotten to take it. When i take it, i don't find myself extremely hungry at meal times. Likewise, i can eat a smaller meal and feel satisfied. It also cuts out my urge to snack during the day.
This product has helped me and my husband lose extra weight. In combination with healthy diet, drinking Water and exercise. It's almost 2 for the price of one compared to most products. Also gives you tons of energy. Would not recommend taking this product after 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock at night.

this is definitely high in stimulants, so if you are sensitive to that, may want to avoid this. But i can feel the extra energy and feels like my metabolism is working better. i havent noticed any actual pounds lost, but i have more energy while using.
i bought the wrong product. i was trying to get something for weight loss and didn't realize this one is for musle build up. i was so hungry ALL THE TIME! It was not good to eat up to eight times a day when you're so desperate to lose weight. Look, to me, Hydroycut is a fine product and I've used it before. There are just sooo many different ones to choose from now.. Too many choices for this particular life change.
