This particular Collagen has helped me so much to get rid of the achy pain in my hips! I recently read that it would and it does! It makes a great difference in my mobility.

I love this Collagen. It has 3,000mg of Collagen and 30mg of Vitamin C. I have really soft nails and It's helping them to become much harder. and my skin looks great. And my hair is not as dry as it was before. I know that these Collagen Supplement are working for me. But I know that everyone is different. What might work for me my not work for someone else. J.H

I bought these for a knee ligament problem. I am improving, but with knees it feel like two steps forward one step back, so it's difficult to tell just how much the collagen is working, but I think it is. I've almost finished the whole bottle. Other then that, the product seems fresh and of good quality. I don't have trouble swallowing pills, but if you do, these are kind of large.

I'm 78. I'm not on blood thinners. I was having a problem with bleeds and bruising in my hands and tearing my skin. Since I started taking this daily, the bruising has slowed and sometimes disappear. I was taking the more expensive one with Peptides. I really think that 1%263 is just right for me and I don't need the extra in the Peptides. I don't need it for hair growth or nails. I tried this one and I think it works well. I am taking it for my skin and shoulder pain. My shoulder pain is gone mind you it takes a couple of months to really start working. Skin not so much improvement yet. After taking Collagen for two months. I am a senior and size is no problem. Mine don't smell. I feel like since taking these I have a better sense of well being. I do not take 6 a day. I take three before bed only and it helps me rest and fall asleep. I need six hours and I sleep six hours staight. Will buy again and see if skin improves.

So I haven't been taking these long enough to see big results yet. I have been taking them for a couple weeks and it takes a few months for collagen to really make a difference, but I just want to mention that these pills are HUGE! If you have trouble with "horse pills", beware. They're bigger even than my multivitamin that I take. They can sometimes be hard to get down. Just FYI. The pill doesn't taste bad or anything. It is just big.

I've taken half the recommended dose for 3 months. I'm 26 years old and was told it's good habit to start taking collagen after 25 as our bodies slowly lose it over time. By the middle of the third month I had been experiencing extreme fatigue, weight gain, constipation, and near the end I developed swelling on the lower right of my neck/throat. I went to the doctor and they ran tests. It turns out my thyroid is very enlarged. I cannot say for 100% certainty that it was these vitamins - but no one in my family has any thyroid issues, I've only ever been sick with a common cold in my life, I stay active and eat relatively a healthy and balanced diet. The only change i did was start these supplements. My symptoms started slowly around week 3 with constipation and weight gain. It went down hill fast by week 10. Just thought I'd share my experience as I found out I'm not the only consumer that has developed issues with thyroid after taking these specific supplements. Maybe the other person and myself are just unlucky. Who knows- I just wanted to share my experience just in case I can help someone out there especially if they already have thyroid issues to begin with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. these are huge horse pills and you are supposed to take 3. I cant swallow these so I just threw them away. I have had other collagen supplements and taken them without issue but the size on these make them impossible for anyone who has texture/sensory issues to swallow.
