I love this Collagen. It has 3,000mg of Collagen and 30mg of Vitamin C. I have really soft nails and It's helping them to become much harder. and my skin looks great. And my hair is not as dry as it was before. I know that these Collagen Supplement are working for me. But I know that everyone is different. What might work for me my not work for someone else. J.H

easy to chew / swallow/ in the stomach

I bought these for a knee ligament problem. I am improving, but with knees it feel like two steps forward one step back, so it's difficult to tell just how much the collagen is working, but I think it is. I've almost finished the whole bottle. Other then that, the product seems fresh and of good quality. I don't have trouble swallowing pills, but if you do, these are kind of large.

I've taken half the recommended dose for 3 months. I'm 26 years old and was told it's good habit to start taking collagen after 25 as our bodies slowly lose it over time. By the middle of the third month I had been experiencing extreme fatigue, weight gain, constipation, and near the end I developed swelling on the lower right of my neck/throat. I went to the doctor and they ran tests. It turns out my thyroid is very enlarged. I cannot say for 100% certainty that it was these vitamins - but no one in my family has any thyroid issues, I've only ever been sick with a common cold in my life, I stay active and eat relatively a healthy and balanced diet. The only change i did was start these supplements. My symptoms started slowly around week 3 with constipation and weight gain. It went down hill fast by week 10. Just thought I'd share my experience as I found out I'm not the only consumer that has developed issues with thyroid after taking these specific supplements. Maybe the other person and myself are just unlucky. Who knows- I just wanted to share my experience just in case I can help someone out there especially if they already have thyroid issues to begin with.
