WEN Variable Speed Multifunction Oscillating Tool

This product is powerful. It is a good buy. Was very impressed with it. Would recommend it because it fulfills its description.

Good so far. Only used a couple times but it's working pretty well. I do wish the cord was longer.

The WEN 2312 variable speed multi-function tool kit features a variable speed and a 6 foot power cord. The tool kit includes a nice sturdy black plastic case with distinct areas for storing the different parts. The kit has a triangular sanding pad, with 80 grit and 120 grit sanding papers included. Also included is an offset 1 1/4 inch saw blade, a 2 inch rigid scraper, a hex key wrench, carbon brushes, and a nice clear plastic storage compartment to include into the larger black blow-mold case. The tool has a nice feel to the body, with a very easy on and off switch perfectly located for use. The size of the tool is comfortable in the grip and is weighted for proper function. The WEN website features a video demonstration of the tool, and the kit includes a nicely written instruction manual describing the parts and individual assembly. The tool has a 1.8 Amp motor and weighs 4.8 pounds. The speed dial allows for the tool to operate at variable speeds with ease. My husband was using the 3 speed for sanding work today on a table. Overall, this is a perfect tool for every home workshop. It can be used for everything from sanding, scraping, removing grout and cutting. This is one tool that we will be using for many small projects around our home. It is the perfect size to get into tight corners and for quick projects that do not require large power tools. This is a solid, dependable tool which helped me on several occasions. I was able to quickly lift off glued linoleum tiles with the spatula blade.
