Great Bread Flour (from a daily bread maker)
I have bought Wheat Montana Bakery Flour for years and I love that Walmart sells it. It can be hard to find. This is my first time buying the Bread Flour, but I do make bread daily at home in my machine and this flour has done really well. The flour has a good taste and rises well in the machine. The All Purpose flour made by Wheat Montana is great as well. I would highly recommend if you are a bread maker. I have also made oven breads like banana bread and it came out lovely as well.

This is some of the best bread flour I've ever used. It has good gluten development and excellen structure and rise. I've started using it exclusively to other well known name brands of flour.

Baking Sourdough
I use three different types of flour for my sourdough. Walmart usually has the best prices. Wheat Montana is one of my favorites to incorporate into my sourdough.

Best Flour Ever
This flour is silky smooth and when I taste the dough, I don’t get that bitter taste other flours give off (I know better than to eat raw flour but I needed to know if it was different.). This flour might just work for gluten sensitive people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful flour for sourdough bread and pizza!
Love this flour! Have been baking with their AP flour since the lockdown. Wonderful product at an unbeatable price. I was new to the bread flour, but it baked some beautiful sourdough loaves. Very tasty. I usually add 10-15% whole wheat or rye for flavor. Highly recommend

Very good bread flour, amazing results. I love that the plastic bag is resealable, and that it keeps the flour contained and fresh.

No need for another bread flour
IMHO, this bread flour is superior to King Arthur bread flour. Excellent for preferments and starters. The oven spring and rise are incredible. Mixed with rye, produces a very flavorful seeded rye bread.

Terrible handling.
Carelessly thrown into a box much too large. Flour was everywhere when we opened it. They should have been shipped in the boxes they arrived to YOU in. Flimsy paper wadded up to protect them. Lesson learned.
