This cornnmeal is the perfect addition to my sourdough bread recipe. It is milled at just the right texture, helping me achieve that perfect crispy bottom crust without adding any unwanted grit and allowing my bread to not stick and quickly release after baking.

Great for frying Fish
I love using indian head corn meal to cook fish. My fish is crispy and inside the fish is white flaky meat. My family use it as well. It is a family product.

Makes for great cornbread!
This makes the best cornbread. It's a little lighter than normal cornbread because it's white corn but it's delicious!

Good cornmeal .... good price!
I was looking for a good, white cornmeal to build a batter for some deep-fried vegetables. Indian Head Stone Ground White Cornmeal did the trick, and it was much less expensive that other brands. Thinking it will make some tasty (crunchy) country style corn bread!
