Received the XBOX Series X Bundle and the system was new and factory sealed. Upon setting it up, the games loaded without issue. I had a slight issue with the XBOX warranty, but S%26D Exchange was excellent to work with to help make things right. System functions great as expected.

No opened yet since osba Christmas gift. But next time Walmart with a purchase like that, be more careful the way you ship the items. No extra box just visible enough to be stolen.

Box was damaged and Security tape was obviously peeled up and reapplied.👎 Please double check purchases before driver leaves.. More care should have been taken while a Walmart employee is shopping for you. These were very obvious, Plus a generous tip was given after purchase of the item. Hoping that it would be properly handled. Tipping should be done after the delivery is made. 😔

This was a Christmas present for my son and I didn't receive the forza bundle. It says I can get it on game pass but wasn't included.

The game was not pre downloaded into the console and there was no code to download it from the store. i reached out to the 3rd party and they kept getting back to me with the same automated response saying the game should have been downloaded into the console. i assured it was not and they stopped replying. I decided to ignore the bad reviews and gave them a shot anyway.

I purchase as a Christmas present 4 days ago told it would be delivered that day. It still has not been delivered. I have been told it's out of stock then told it's gonna be delivered by 9 pm tonight it's 9:05. Then told there is a driver issue. Then told i could cancel but it will take 2 days to be approved then another 10 days for refund to my card. By then it will be Christmas and this is all my child asked for. An i cannot afford to buy it anywhere else where it is 1-2 hundred more as i don't have that kinda money. Walmart is not dependable nor is its marketplace sellers. Trust me go to Target where they will price match. Lesson i will never learn again. The disappointed reaction when my child doesn't have much on Christmas because of this is gonna break me.
