It was perfect well made camera. I had to return it only because I didn't have the correct location to install it. I had no problems with the seller. The camera was well made and worth the money. I got it for my barn keeping eye on the horses. Just could get it where I would be able to watch them. I will do business again.

The cloud storage is only about twelve hours. Approximately one out of every four messages was being sent to me in Chinese, which I don't speak or understand and the ones that were coming in English either didn't make sense or were grammatically incorrect. I signed up for the cloud yet it keeps asking for more money.

Instructsions left a lot of questions, and I actually felt scammed as I finally got a look at the saved pictures....even though I pulled the plastic off the lens, it looks like plastic vovers the lens...there is noclarity, only blurred colors. I'll be returning it.

If you are like me and are not Tech savvy, this 5 items I had to return and I purchased Allstate Ins, and when I returned it I got the refund for the items but not the Ins, and you can't get a person on the phone to talk to only a android , so frustrating , one-way or another I will get my money back.

It's a pain to screw this into anything cause the drill holes r kinda behind the camera so u have to do it at am angle. I bought 2 of these %26 couldn't get either 1 to connect to the wifi. I tried every means they offered. I bought a plain ol "screw it into the light fixture" camera with all the same features.

Although camera is working, this is a complete scam since they don't allow us to watch the recordings of human detection unless you engage on monthly payments. All they want is to secure lifetime payments. I am completely disappointed with the set up. I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

the camera I received did not track moving objects or to start. To unlock most of the features you need to sign up for the paid subscription to utilize. Poor picture quality. the thing I dislike the most was the ads. who wants to be rerouted to a website for an ad before or after viewing your security cameras. There are way better products for the same price if not cheaper

When I opened the box, both boxes the V360 %26 V380 inside looked like they had been smashed/damaged %26 were both missing pieces of installation; screws, cards, etc…I have purchased 3 others of these devices %26 have been happy with end results, installation relative easy…but the V380 tends to go off line…no issues with the V360. I will be returning them both..I wish I could just pick up the missing parts or swap them.
