Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husks 12 Ounce Jul

I couldn't believe the outcome of this product.

I was looking for 100% psyllium husk and that is what I got, no complaints.

I have been buy and using Psyllium husk for years and I generally bought whatever was on sale because I found that there are only slight differences in the quality. However, I came across this particular brand and found that it not only works well but the manufacturer actually printed a very useful warning on the label. Before buying this brand I had no idea that I should wait for two hours after taking my medication before taking the psyllium. Of all the brands that I have purchased I have never seen that warning before. That along with the quality of the product has turned me into a loyal customer. That's real customer service.

I haven't tried it actually but my daughters are taking them and they said it is okay.. they recommended that you take it with tea or oatmeal to mask the taste

This stuff is amazing, I don't go a day without it. I mix it in a glass of water. Started with - tbs a day and now I'm up to 3 tbs. every morning. I was diagnosed with 2 types of colitis and this has changed my life!

The best psyllium husk product I've found. It has no sugars or weird additives and mixes up easily in water with some light agitation and swirling. Daily driver!

I didn't like the texture but sometimes you don't have to like it for it to work. I used with warm/hot tea and same with water. Texture didn't change. Have to drink immediately cannot allow it to sit.
