Works well for gut health, intestinal health and cholesterol. Tastes ok, not great but not bad. I'd say it tastes better compared to most psyllium husk products. But it's pricey!

I had such high hopes for this after reading so many reviews… I took this for two weeks and it actually had the opposite effect on the it has made me quite constipated… I added it to my morning cereal and insured. I drank lots of water but unfortunately, I did not get any of the purported benefit

I ordered these to add to my daily fiber intake. I liked the fact that there wasn't any sugar/sweetener chemistry in it. But now that I've tried them I can't think of anything better than throw that away as it was sooo disgusting to drink that I couldn't even finish half the serving. Yuuuckk
