It was assembled! I just opened the box and plugged it in and I started bike riding on it while sitting in my chair! Did it for 40 min, loved it
I put it under my work desk and use once a day during work. Very quite. I recommend this product.
This really does work to help "rehab" your joints and with continued use, it does provide me with better joints, more stability etc. I only wish there were more than 3 programmed levels. I especially loved that the P1 setting is like a rehab for joints. I used that setting for 2 weeks before I moved up.
I LOVE the simplicity of this. As a senior, with mobility/pain issues...simple things are great! I love the ease of use, the remote control and the functions of it. Great price as well.

This elispe is a excellent product, the programs work well, I am 89 and my wife 82, my wife uses it twice a day at a minamin, you cannot hear it run,very pleased
I am very satisfied with the up go. It was fully assembled. once I figured out how to run it it's very easy to use. I feel more circulation in my legs. I've only used it a week and I expect it will help my circulation, edema and joints. I love it!
I am disabled and I use it everyday. There was nothing to assemble ,which was great. The handle made it easy to pick up and move. It has different levels of resistance, which is good to help me build my stamina. Glides easily and the noise level is low. I am Very happy with it!
We like the machine in works very well and as described. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is the description did not say all the numbers were in metric and they cannot be changed. I would recommend this product.
I bought this for my wife. She has limited mobility and spends most of the day in a recliner. I am hoping that by using this it will help her knees and hip. It will take time!
