Zatarain's No Artificial Flavors Red Beans & Rice Dinner Mix, 8.0 oz Box

I do love this brand of Red Beans and Rice, It's the best I've ever tried and it is so easy to prepare and I love it with the Conecuh sausage, I will admit that I have not tried it with any other meat but I am anxious to give it a try, I think chicken breast would be good with it, so I'll definitely try that out next.

My favorite comfort food it does need more brand I add one can of red beans and I can of dark red kidney beans. This is my all time favorite comfort meal. My husband makes it with added smoked sausage and fresh gulf shrimp.💜

I love this product. The taste is great. Convenience and versatility are packed in this little box. The price at Walmart is perfect. (please don't raise it). I have told my family about it and they love it too.

Just add meat and you've got a very satisfying and quick meal! I've only ever added polska kielbasa or polish sausage cut into thin round slices, but you can also add ham, ground beef, chicken, pork, etc. Make it your own!

Nothing new...same great product!! Some complain about beans not cooked..some were hard..not me..if you want mush, buy refrieds

Throw in some brats and it's a good meal

I buy this often. The seasoning blend is bold and well-balanced, and the beans cook up creamy with a nice texture. I think it delivers a comforting Cajun-style flavor with minimal effort. It's an easy weeknight side or base for a hearty meal. I just add my sausage or seasoning for an extra kick. I also tend to add different bell peppers on occasion.

Great for a filler with any kind of tacos

The flavor isn't bad, but the beans are practically nonexistent. These are supposed to be red beans with rice — not a bunch of rice with a few red beans. I make it work though, when I want some quick beans and rice. I just add a can of red beans and some sautéed Conecuh sausage, and in 30 minutes have a meal. Not bad for a bunch of shortcuts, but Zatarain's needs to add some more beans to this recipe.
