I take this Tart Cherry Extract to help prevent and manage gout flare ups. My wife takes it for her arthritis and inflammation. We are very pleased with this product because it is derived from certified organic cherries with organic other ingredients that are safer options. I notice a reduction In swelling of problematic joints that have given me trouble when I regularly take this cherry supplement. I don't know if it really reduces my uric acid but the natural anti-inflammatory properties of cherry are proven and seem to work for me. No waftertaste or side effects like with glucosamine tablets for me too.

I started taking this supplement due to recurring kidney stones and gout. The tart cherry reduces the uric acid in your system to help prevent the buildup of crystals and stones. It has really helped me with both of these issues. I will continue to use these supplements.
