I recently purchased the ZNH-02-26SR ebike and am very pleased. It came 80% assembled and the rest of the assembly was very easy. It came with no damages and the build quality seems very solid. I think it is better than any entry level ebike. Good power and very smooth pedaling with the pedal assist. Using throttle only is quite quick. ( Hold the handle bars with both hands when giving full throttle) it has a lot of torque ! 500w motor 750peak. I inadvertently changed the display parameters but the support team sent me a solution the very next day. Works Great ! Highly Recommend ! Going to get the one with the 350w motor for my wife. The support team is awesome and very responsive.

I've only ridden the bike about 5 miles or so, so my review is based entirely on that. In that 5 miles, the battery hasn't gone down a notch, so that's a good indicator that it will have a decent range. I've used it in both assist mode and the throttle. I prefer the throttle. Even on the weakest assisted pedal setting, it really feels like its taking off on its own. That's probably just my lack of experience on an e-bike, but the throttle works better for me. I grew up with a 12 speed road bike, and it had really tall gearing. This bike does not. In the highest gear, its not very hard to pedal, and at 15mph its a comfortable to pedal it, even on a slight upgrade. With throttle only it will do the 20mph, or at least 19,8. It doesn't feel like the bike is out of power, but it seems that it has a limiter at that speed. Assembly wasn't bad, install the front wheel, fenders and handlebar. The tool that it came with worked mostly, but, by the end the allen wrench portion was rounded out and i had to use my own allen wrench, but that's pretty normal for cheap tools included with a purchase. It did have one fender thread that was stripped. I just put a locknut on the backside. That's the only issue i've had with the bike. The derailleurs worked perfectly out of the box. The bike feels well made and fits my 6' frame just fine. The front suspension works, i'm riding on a paved trail, so its pretty bump free, but i can tell by bouncing my weight while riding. Overall, i'm very satisfied with the bike. If anything changes, i'll update this review.

High quality amazing bike for the cost. Hard to believe all the bells and whistles with a high capacity battery. Excellent packing and fast delivery. Will be a huge pleasure to ride. Even came with a great air pump - never can go wrong with an extra one.

1. The motor is advertised as 750W on the website, but it's actually only 250W, a serious misrepresentation. 2. The tire cover is poorly manufactured; the front contacts the tire, Resisting rotation and causing noise. 3. The LCD screen's power rating display font is too small, making it difficult to read, especially outdoors. 4. The rim tape was installed off-center, exposing the round hole, causing the tire blowout twice, very bad experience.

The bike works, front rim came with some stability problems the handle bars are lose and often have to push them back in place and you can't necessarily tighten them down since the tools they provide and the Allen bolts on the bike are cheap. And the headlight mounting is quite tacky. The bike will go 20mph and will get you about 24miles full charge pure electric mode. I recommend upgrading just the front wheel axle or whatever it's called the price in the middle of the rim handle bars and the bolt to tighten them and for comfortability I recommend getting a phone mount and side mirrors it's a bike that has some good things going for it but needed to be built with better materials although it's at a pretty low price for what you're getting here. It still fails to meet commuter expectations and honestly will humble you when you're just trying to ignore the fact that it's really a waste of money and you should've waited to get something built better but like I said, it gets the job done.

The bike would not start. I tried everything. I turned it off turned it on took the battery out, put the battery back in. The battery was fully charged. I locked it unlocked it. It just would not start. I ended up returning the bike for a refund. I was able to ride the bike one time and I absolutely loved it. I was very disappointed that I had to return it.

the box was beat up missing pieces and the bearings fell out of the front wheel leaving this major purchase worthless.

Completely inaccurate description and information. Bike does not reach nowhere near the listed speed, assembly was atrocious with no instructions. Tires are awful, and cruising speed is barely 18 mph. Did not work well on our trails, and the distance was crap. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE

The item stated that the Bike went 30 miles an hour when I received the Bike put it together and the maximum speed was 19.6. This is why I asked for a refund. I would not recommend Bike to anybody that would expect Bike to do 30 miles an hour.
