I am so grateful this product is available! I use it on popcorn, and I put out a small bowl of it for my companion cats to enjoy. It really helps with the older cats who may have trouble eating, and the bowl is almost always empty within 10 minutes of putting it out.
it is a good product and very healthy, however mine was delivered torn and leaked out. I had bought this from another store before and it was perfect. so I do recommend this item.
I love these flakes they are good for sprinkling on popcorn instead of using all that salt and for other recipes it's like a substitute for Parmesan cheese.
For anyone interested in low carb eating, this product really helps. I used it to coat chicken for oven frying. Tasted pretty good. I've heard it's good sprinkled on buttered popcorn, but I haven't tried that.
It's not as tastee as the Cesar seasoning but does give plain popcorn some flavor maybe if a salt free seasoning was added , definitely fresh taste
Excellent source of B12. One (1) teaspoon of flakes in my yogurt per day provides B12 daily requirements. A perfect NATURAL source instead of a chemical copy. Red Mill is a trusted source. Looks like it will give me two (2) months' supply.
I like finding this in a larger package instead of a shaker. Real convenient.
Love it , good for our health
I did not receive this and walmart.com would not refund me. Walmart delivery does not refund anybody for products that don't show up.. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of products and they would not refund me for something that didn't show up. Walmart is in the business of making money your money and your money is their money. That's all there is to it..
It has rocks in it that can break or chip your teeth. Not sure how they sell this as an edible product knowing this
