Great baking powder
This is my go to brand of baking powder, and use for all my baking needs and pancakes. I've tried a different brand before and it was very overpowering in taste and sour. I had to go back to Davis. Also good idea to sift the powder to avoid any possible surprise lumps.

grew up watching my mother cook and bake with this brand. Now that I'm older, I've ventured to different brands, however the results were never as good as when I steered back to this brand. superb for all breads and cakes
