I use these to make cupcakes in all different colors with all different color icing for my son's birthday and they turned out phenomenal. the colors were super bright it lasted it didn't change the consistency of the frosting or the cake batter and the colors blended very smoothly without having any patchiness in the color.

Beautiful vibrant colors
wish i had purchased gel colors before, ive never tried them before and needed them for frosting. The colors are so much better than liquid food coloring and my cookie frosting turned out beautiful. Its probably my fault but i tried used it to dye sugar to roll cookies in and it didn't work, i got specks of color but it didn't color the small amount of sugar. i guess its just for wet ingredients like frosting and dough.

Meh
Unimpressed. Don't get me wrong, the orange was perfect, and I didn't try the pink (didn't need it for a Halloween dessert). However, the green and purple were dull and by no means "neon" unless you're referring to how bright the green was coming out of the tube. I was hoping to jazz up a dessert with some bright, festive colors but I was sadly mistaken.

it SUCKS!!!!
this stuff sucks it has ruined 2 batches of almond bark 1 turned to mush the other like play dough will never buy again! i Didnt even want to give it 1
