So Far, So Good
Just above 60 years of age. Tried everything for sleep. This has no melatonin. Looking for something to help with sleep. It is a larger dose. It says take two droplets. I take 3/4 to one droplet. I sleep well. Slight groggy feeling in morning--at times. Taste fine. Having the B's in it--fine. I already take a quality B-complex. I have tried a half-dozen products to help with sleep. This--after a week of use, the best. I would start with a half a droplet and work your way up. I have found taking it 2 hours before bed--is best. I have bought gummies from this company before. They are great. But they were not available. The magnesium is the droplets is a higher dose. Don't want to take too much. That is why I take one droplet. Very happy. Well-packaged. And the price on Walmart... superior to elsewhere.

Does not stop feet cramps like tablets or caplets. Even the rub on roll-on works better. The taste is great. Won't order again.

Horrible tasting. The box shows strawberry flavor. That's not even close to being true. It tastes like salt water. I can't use this junk.Wouldn't want anyone else to be deceived.
