This product is great for relaxation and rest. It calms you down for a great sleep. I recommend it.

Immediate Relief!
I felt a sense of relief right after using it after I just had dinner. I did not feel tire anymore, because I was feeling sleepy before my meal and wanted to take a nap after dinner. This supplement came in at the right time and started to feel much better.
