I needed a new console since my old Xbox One was giving out on me. When this arrived, I was excited to play on updated hardware and oh boy do I love it. Games have much smoother graphics, games load and download a lot faster. Best purchase I've made.

I received exactly what I expected, a brand new Xbox series S gaming console for a fair price considering what some of them go for online these days. The console arrived neatly packaged with no damage.

idk why ppl are saying no cords and stuff but mine came loaded with everything you need to plug and play. I had the first Xbox one and if you want to upgrade to the newest Xbox but as cheap as you can go, I'd go with the s. Has GREAT graphics and fast frame rate. Thank you

Purchased this Xbox to keep the grandsons happy when they visit our vacation home in the woods. Otherwise it is just "too boring" for them! So now, after hiking in the mountains, or wading in the Kern River, they can get cleaned up, sit on a comfy couch and play Minecraft! or whatever they are working on...LOL!

I was skeptical when I bought this. It was a father day gift for my dad. But felt like maybe I was gonna get scammed. But the console came exactly as described and came 4 days early. The only thing that I wasn't keen on was that it was shipped in a Uhaul box, the packaging inside wasn't equal and left room for shaking/movement. The shipping box was a little damaged but that could have been done during transport. But the console works and is undamaged.

I dont know how much of an improvement the Series X is over prior consoles but this Series S doesnt feel too far off from what it was like playing on the Xbox One. Nonetheless, its a fun console and Im able to play all the games I love. The big standout to me is the ability to jump between games and resume right where you left off without having to reload the game. Its a solid console, plenty simple to use. Especially if youre on a budget (or cant get your hands on anything else) this is the console to buy.

First of all, the problem was with Microsoft, not Walmart. I received a Hardware error message right out of the box. It was brand New. I sent it back to the appropriate seller. The faulty Xbox came in timely matter. Packaged professionally in a undamaged Walmart box with a return label. It was on time. Walmart has already sent me verification monetarily. Quickly too also I must add. I will continue purchasing merchandise from Walmart exclusively. Online shopping is easy. Actually more of a selection than in the store itself. Since Microsoft dropped the ball, I may go with a PS4. Note: I bought an equally expensive item from Amazon and it came in a tattered old box.
