Excellent Supplement for Older Folks
Face it, today not many of us (especially the older generation) get all our vitamins needed from our diet, because we eat unhealthy. Even if we're watching what we eat, we don't always pick the right foods. That reflects in our over-all well-being. A multivitamin helps and 21st Century Sentry is the best I've found to give me that desired results.

Low-Cost, High Quality, one-a-day multi
It is one of the most, if not the most, cost-effective one-a-day that delivers most essential vitamins and minerals. The only regret is that it hasn't produced an iron-free version which would be more suitable for men and older women. I'd also hope to see a lower folic acid content, and higher selenium, vitamin D and vitamin C contents.
