I have used Spring Valley Black Cohosh Tablets for Menopause Support for many years. I stopped taking them, wondering if they really helped and noticed a difference in how I felt, so I went back on them. The only downside is the bottle is nowhere near full. I buy 2 at a time and combine them for a 1/2 bottle.

my sister suggested this item to help me with my menopausal symptoms. Night sweats, mood swings, etc. after taking his for about 2 weeks, I did note the night sweats were nearly gone and my mood swings had leveled out. I would definitely suggest giving it a shot!

The dose on this product isn't really high enough to do much good. You need to have a higher dosage in the store. I shouldn't have to order a more potent product for delivery.

I really wanted to love Spring Valley Black Cohosh, but the ingredients and serving size were a big let down for me. I use Black Cohosh from a different brand, to keep my night sweats at bay, and it works amazingly. Spring Valley decided to put their Black Cohosh in a tablet form which then has to include other ingredient fillers. Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, and maltodextrin. These are ingredients I choose to live without as much as possible. The serving size is 40 mg/ two tablets. The brand I take now is 540 mg/ 1 capsule which is a plant-derived capsule only containing Black Cohosh (root). For personal reasons, I cannot recommend this product. However it's up to each individual to research what they choose to input into their own bodies.
