I love the quick dissolve feature of this melatonin. I got some melatonin because sometimes my brain just won't shut off at night. I take this sometimes when I'm feeling a little bit stress or just not tired all the way to help me relax. it's so nice to be able to just quickly dissolve a tablet. I can keep them at my bedside table and not have to swallow a pill when I'm already in bed. The taste is amazing. there's no medicinal flavor about it. if you need something to help you fall asleep at night that doesn't knock you out like cold medicine but just helps you relax, relax to be able to fall asleep then this is for you. also, I do not feel like it was habit forming for me. I was able to stop and take it just when I need rather than every single night.

i used to take 3 mg. melatonin to sleep. i think these work too well for me. they are strawberry flavored %26 dissolve in the mouth. after about 30 minutes, i get so sleepy, i have to go to bed. the sleepiness doesn't wear off for about 16 hours. i'm going to have to cut back on the doseage. best to try for the first time if you don't have to go anywhere the next day.

These Melatonin tablets work great to get you to sleep and stay asleep all night. Have used these for probably longer than I should, but these sure help on sleepless nights.

Fast dissolve is nice, especially when dosing in the middle of the night. Not having to find water to wash it down is a plus. Not sure how effective it is compared to another brand I bought, but with insomnia, it's difficult to tell what works and what doesn't.

I used this brand all the time as it worked well %26 knocked me out fast. But, they changed the formula. They added sucralose %26 it tastes like crap now. Sickly sweet. I noticed as soon as I put this in my mouth after getting this reformulation. Why would ANY company add a sweetener on the iffy list instead of take it out these days? Not buying again.

We have used these for years and always loved the way they tasted and mostly the way they worked! However, with this last bottle, we noticed immediately something was off. We could smell them as soon as we opened the bottle, much stronger than before. The taste used to be a very subtle strawberry, and very lightly sweetened. Now it is a strongly-fake strawberry flavor, and overly sweetened. It no longer "melts in your mouth". It is gritty and hard to swallow even when it's been chewed up and you're washing it down with water. We won't be buying these again. Switched to Natrol.

Been using these for years. This brand, this dose. Never had an issue until the last purchase. Something is majorly off. Both the taste and texture are horrendous. Change it back!

The ingredients changed, these taste disgusting now. Change it back.

They changed the ingredients from dextrose to sugar and it tastes bad now and texture is off

This is a bad product. I fall asleep but i wake up after 4 hours every single time. If i don’t take it i stay asleep all night. I’ve tried it multiple nights and wake up every time.
