My 16 year old uses these for anxiety and they have helped tremendously. He takes them consistently, the pills are easy to take and they don’t have a weird taste to them, which is a plus. The price is fair. We’ve seen that other stores and other brands are a little higher in price so we always purchase them at Walmart.

I have ME/CFS and one of my symptoms is being hyper alert all the time and it's exhausting and stressful. Car rides are a misery and driving can be terrifying; crowds, noise, bright lights.... all tend to be interpreted as dangers so I'm constantly on the alert. I'm always on the lookout for new tweaks for treating my symptoms and making my life a bit easier. The l- theanine has calmed that 'fight/ flight' jumpiness noticeably in just a few weeks. I have been less tense in the car, less reactive to stimuli in general, have felt less tension in my muscles, and have been able to cut back a little on a medication that deals with stress- related IBS. I have noticed no side effects as yet; I am especially happy that drowsiness isn't even listed, so I can take this to make trips outside my home bearable even when I drive. I haven't really felt less brain fog or improved mental clarity, but that may come in time, and even if it doesn't, the reduction in the physical symptoms is more than reason enough to continue taking this.

This really helped lower my anxiety. I still have thoughts about having anxiety, but my body didn’t produce the physical symptoms.

Two in the morning with a good amount of coffee if you are a coffee drinker.It provides a synergistic effect and great.Mental clarity and focus. excellent natural supplement!!!

Idk about anxiety thing but if you want uninterrupted sleep this one for you, not good if there is emergency though lol because you'll probably never wake up if someone screaming,

Bought this to help calm my mind at bedtime. Only started taking a few nights ago. To my understanding have to take 7-10 days for it to start working. No stomach issue so gonna keep taking. Only reason gave it one less star was idk the results yet.

I picked this up for someone else who wanted to try it as it is supposed to help with better sleep. I was told that after a couple weeks, there's been no difference, but it may be too soon to tell. What I can say is that the price was better than elsewhere.

Great for the price, though not as effective as the purified (and patented) forms such as branded Suntheanine. Again, the price keeps me coming back; I use this version to add additional Theanine to another product I use, which contains it- just not at the dose level where I find the best results. Everything mentioned makes for a 4-star product. I consider this one a 3-star product due to the specific fillers and whitening agents used in the formula.

What I received did not match the Theanine pictured. It is Spring Valley brand L-Theanine 100 mg 100 count, yes, but the ingredients are completely different! This item contains SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE. The stuff that makes shampoo (%26 some toothpaste) foam up. It also contains POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL. I'm not surprised people had stomach issues. Polyethylene Glycol is sold commercially as MiraLAX. This contains a laxative! I read the label on the website before I ordered this product. I stupidly took this before reading the label at home, not realizing it wouldn't match what I ordered. Huge mistake! It messed me up.

Definitely a waste of money. it's supposed to relax you and help you sleep but I kept waking up every few hours and had a hard time getting back to sleep and it made me feel weird and off. i would definitely not tell anyone to take these. I thought I was saving money bc I took melatonin gummies 3mg cvs brand fir years so I figured this was cheaper to buy the same dose of l thiamine that was in the gummies and the same dosage of melatonin that was in the gummies from Spring valley and it was the worst mistake . Don't do this it's scary as heck and I almost went to the ER. please don't think this or the Spring valley l thiamine is safe. it's dangerous
