Good vitamin brand, very necessary and good quality

I had trouble sleeping. I had leg cramps. Magnesium was recommended. I tried this. After 3 or 4 nights, I was able to sleep better, almost no leg cramps. Just sayin'

Does not have a scent or much tastec. As we get older , it helps to stay fit . Doctor recommended for stronger bones and over all health . Take 2 a day along with my vitamins. It helps .

Good quality supplement! I noticed my multivitamin had low magnesium and believing THAT the evil government has a conspiracy to destroy America and the American People from within, I quickly purchased this supplement to supplement my supplement.

These magnesium tablets are okay, but not a favorite. The tablets aren't as easy to swallow as other options, as they dissolve quickly with liquid--so they become gritty, which makes them harder to swallow. They are lower in price, but I prefer something easier to swallow.

After i commented that the delivery person delivered my product to a completely wrong address, the Walmart people emailed me and told me to REVIEW my address. Perhaps you should send this email to your delivery people and train them properly, so that they can READ and deliver my product to MY address correctly.

The bottle was not sealed at all, nothing on the outside or inside. The label says that “For Your protection, do not use, if printed seal under cap is broken or missing”.

I found out magnesium oxide is actually has an extremely low absorption rate. it is primarily used as a laxative and acid reducer, and is very hard on the stomach. After using it for a couple of months i know have developed severe stomach pain and bloating. I would definitely choose a different type of magnesium for bone and joint health!

I did no receive the strength that I ordered so therefore I don't have anything good to say about it! I specifically ordered 400 mg but received 250 mg! Something I can't use.

this is horrible I bought these and once I took the lid off the seal was gone and I had to throw them away and this is a very serious health issue and I'm very upset about this and something needs to be done about this
