The B1 tablets from Spring Valley have been a proven supplement for me. They helped me improve my low Vitamin B results. Of course everyone is different, but I do suggest researching about them and buying them as needed.

These vitamins are a round, white, tablet. The size is easy to swallow. They are a little bigger around than a pencil eraser. They do smell like a vitamin but thats to be expected. I haven't yet gotten my labs drawn to see how they affect my vitamin levels.

I heard from doctors that vitamin B1 helps with congestive heart failure and then when I was taken in the hospital for breathing issue they also put me on me one and the quality of the B1 from Walmart was very good and the price was very reasonable and I'm very happy with the B1 tablet and I would recommend

These B1 tablets help me control fever blisters (a variety of herpes) that I've had since before I was 2 years old, when I was kissed by a person who carried the virus. A great side effect is that neither mosquitoes nor ticks find one as appealing when taking B1.

I appreciated that the tablets were not too big. My neurologist advised me to take them to help with memory loss.

Not sure what to look for, but one of my drs want me to increase the dosage. The other one says to just take it.

They are not strong enough for what I need them for. This brand worked until they changed, because they changed the way the label looked and the pill shape. So what was in the pill was changed also. They do not work for me anymore.

This item vitamin B one was never delivered, and I was charged for it This is the second time Walmart has charge me for an item that was not delivered . I am furious!
