(6 pack) Karo Dark Corn Syrup with Molasses, 16 oz.

Used this as a substitute for molasses in baked beans. I really don't have a need for a bottle of molasses in my pantry and I looked up a sub for it. The beans turned out great and no leftovers. I will be using this in cookies soon. I'm sure eventually we will be wanting more beans too. I would purchase it again for the flavor and the price.

Well, Walmart wants me to review Karo Syrup. My wife put it on the shopping list. I went to Walmart and among other things, got the Karo Syrup. Brought it home, she used it to cook or bake something ... It must have been okay or I would have heard about it.

Years ago in 1947 when I was a baby they put this syrup in the baby formula women made as they didn't have ready made formula. Not saying that was good but that's what they did. I used it on pancakes and waffles for years but with age I had to switch to sugar free pancake syrup. It's very sweet but I loved it, now my daughter uses it.

I don't use this that often, but when you need it, it is nice to know it is a good product. Karo is my go-to brand for corn syrup, light %26 dark molasses.

This is the ONLY Dark Syrup to use when making a traditional Pecan Pie. It has been used historically and ALWAYS produces a FANTASTIC pecan pie. The recipe for the pie is included on the jar and is a NEVER fail recipe. Only challenge when making the pecan pie is the time for baking.

i use this product to make pecan pies. it was exactly as sweet asexpected. i have used karo corn syrup for 40 years. i would recommend it. i do not smell a vanilla flavor. i add real vanilla. the price is higher than previous.

I really like the Karo dark syrup! Been using for years. The only problem I have is I wish there would be a tab to pull the top off the bottle.

Walmart has started shipping food items in plastic bags. This is very dirty unsanitary way to do food. No way are these items protected. My Karo syrup was hot so hard the lid was smashed. I contacted customer service to get refund I could go to store which means I should have gone to store to start with. Elderly and trouble walking . All I asked was that they change their shipping policies.
