This zero calorie sweetener is amazing, the best tasting I've had. It looks and tastes just like sugar and doesn't have a weird aftertaste. It's great in coffee, cocktails, my salad dressings, glazes and in any baked good. I tried it in my sugar cookies and you couldn't tell the difference. Easy 1:1 swap for regular sugar so you don't have to figure out the conversion in a recipe. Definitely recommend this natural sugar substitute if you're looking for a zero calorie white sugar substitute that's Non-GMO, vegan, plant based and tastes great.

When I received the All Purpose in the Raw sweetener and opened it, the first thing I noticed was the texture.  It looked like sugar!  I have used it in some beverages and it tastes like sugar.   I used it in one of my baking recipes and I was pleased to see that not only the taste was great, but the texture and color looked like I made it with sugar!  This is a first for me using a sugar substitute.  

I'm a zero calorie sweetener fan, and although I've gotten used to the "aftertaste" of some of them, I keep searching for a sweetener that tastes like sugar....and let me tell you, my search has ended! This stuff blends, bakes and TASTES just like sugar. So good.

I've been looking for an all-purpose sweetener for so long as I like to replace sugar in my cooking, baking and beverages and I finally found the perfect blend! I recently purchased All-Purpose In The Raw to try out in my banana bread, and was so pleased with the taste! There is no aftertaste - in fact it tastes and performs just like regular sugar! AND its all-natural, plant-based and zero calories. Im so glad In The Raw came out with this launch!! Definitely my new go-to sweetener.

The packets make it very convenient to travel with to work, or anywhere else I may go and not sure of what sweeteners an establishment may have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me, I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more naturally occurring products into our day to day life and trying to simplify my ingredients. I'll be honest and say I usually avoid any type of zero calorie sweetener, as someone who has struggled with digestive issues in the past I would deal with bloating and pain. I decided to try the All Purpose In The Raw sweetener. They claim it has a 1:1 substitution ration and contains a blend of Monk Fruit, Stevia, Allulose and erythritol. I typically don't care for the super sweet and slightly sour flavors of monk fruit and stevia but this blend tasted balanced. I do not agree that it is 1:1 as it did taste sweeter than the raw turbinado sugar I usually use. I am happy to say that I did not have any digestive issues using this, but I would still recommend using it in very small quantities, maybe a 1/2 teaspoon or less. Overall if you are looking for a more natural style zero calorie sweetener I think you will enjoy this.
