I never heard of these but when I was looking for sleep aids I came across these and decided to try them. they work very well. if you're thinking about it do it. you only need two a night. don't go to three because it will cancel itself out and not work at all. they work for naps too. just take two and lie down and close your eyes immediately. if you listen to anything t9 sleep by just put on your favorite and implant yourself in the story and you'll be out in no time. This is my first time ordering 5HTP from this brand, but I have used SEVERAL supplements made by AMAZING FORMULAS. I LOVE this brand of supplements! They are very good quality, and affordable! As for the 5HTP… this is my 3rd month taking it. I think it has greatly helped my depression symptoms! If you're feeling a little down %26 hopeless, give 5HTP a try! My sleep has improved 1,000%!!! I'm in shock how much better I'm sleeping! Also, when taking natural supplements, I always advise to give it about 4-6 months before you'll see/notice it helping!
