This is my first time ordering 5HTP from this brand, but I have used SEVERAL supplements made by AMAZING FORMULAS. I LOVE this brand of supplements! They are very good quality, and affordable! As for the 5HTP… this is my 3rd month taking it. I think it has greatly helped my depression symptoms! If you're feeling a little down %26 hopeless, give 5HTP a try! My sleep has improved 1,000%!!!
