I lean heavy on herbal solutions or at least non prescription at minimum and I've been taking this daily for 4 years it's had a massive impact in a positive way on my intense anxiety it alongside other supplements has allowed me to not only function but thrive past my anxiety

I've been taking this type of supplement for a couple of years for irritability and a dull, bad mood. This really does help me. I've used other brands that are way more expensive and this works the same. I take 2 caps in the morning and 2 in the evening. Does wonders for the mood swings brought on by early menopause.

I take 2 every morning and it has helped a lot more than I honestly ever thought it would. I have increased energy, I dont feel so blah or meh, I would even venture to say it's helping find my sense of humor again. If you know, you know.

I don't think it is for me. I bought it for better sleep and relaxation but, it appears I might have enough serotonin in my system (since this is like putting more serotonin in your gut). Took for 1 capsule for 3 days and experienced the similar side effects of nausea from day 1. The nausea lasts for about 15 minutes after taking. Nothing else bad. Might benefit other individuals.

I take these to help me sleep, and I can tell the difference between when I take them and when I don't. This size bottle compares price wise per tablet with the much larger bottle on Amazon which I usually buy and is not always available, so it take a smaller but more frequent hit to the pocket book. I have not yet been able to determine a difference between these and the other brand, and been taking them two weeks.

I've been taking these 5-HTP supplements for about two weeks and I can definitely feel a difference. I don't want to just sit around. I want to accomplish things. In the last week I've done more than I usually do in a month! But there is a trade off. My anxiety is through the roof and I'm finding it hard to concentrate on things. Maybe I need to stack this with another supplement to offset those side effects? Maybe they will eventually go away?

I tried this supplement at bedtime, as directed on the bottle, and had a very bad night. I decided to try it in the morning as I need help with my mood through the day not the night. Also, it is Sunday and I wouldn't need to drive… Now I'm in bed burping and with these terrible cramps in my stomach. I feel TERRIBLE! Do not buy this!!!

I love the product due to the fact that it does work. I do not like that there are not that many in the bottle. Or that Walmart is not carrying it in store no more.

Forgive me for the one star, but I took this on two separate nights and I woke up both mornings getting sick. I am not allergic to anything i honestly do not know but all I know is I am NOT taking these again :) Forgive me.
