I'm glad to find a B7 vitamin that doesn't come with a gel Mixed in with Other ingredients and you can use the powder in the capsules As desired.

Biotin makes my nails and hair grow faster. It doesn't seem to make my nails stronger because they still break when they get a nice length to them. Can't really say if it does anything for my skin that I've noticed. But then I don't know what my skin would look like if I didn't take it! I've been taking biotin for many years and people say I don't look my age, so maybe it does help.

Biotin is not an easy thing to rate. There is really nothing I can say about this.
