Great product and would buy again.
It worked really well. I took one before working out (I haven't worked out in a long time) to help with lactic acid build up. I was only a tiny bit sore and normally I'm extremely sore the next day. I like that they are capsules and don't take as long to absorb as the tablets do. I would definitely buy them again.

Never get sick
I have been taking this supplement along with Ester C since the pandemic. I almost never get sick even when I am around sick people. My husband recently got Covid and I didn't get it. He was also really sick in January and I didn't get it. I am convinced it is because of these supplements. They ramp up your immune system.
