This particular melatonin product works great for me. I've taken other dosages which didn't work at all but, for me, this is a great product to help me sleep. I do take it about 45 minutes before bedtime and I don't have a problem falling asleep. This is the best product I've ever taken as a sleep aid. This is my 4th bottle.

I have been looking for a faster acting melatonin to help me get to sleep at night. There is a larger dose in this product as well as a faster acting formula. I ordered several bottles

I'm not crazy about gummies. I can take them, but they're just not my think. These, you can have under your tongue, nestled in good so you can take your vitamins and cold medicine while they do. Love them.

The other reviews are not kidding when they say this has an awful taste, and it does linger in your mouth far too long. One of the ingredients listed is turmeric and I can really taste it, not so much a citric flavor which is there for a brief moment then taken over by the bitterness. This is also not very effective if at all, I normally take my other brand 30 minutes before bed before midnight hits, this did nothing for me. I ended up having to take my other brand anyway that night because 2am i still wasn't tired. I wouldn't recommend this brand, don't waste your coin here.

The taste is awful. A very bitter pill. And it is NOT fast dissolving. It lingers (and bitterness) lingers in your mouth for a long time while it dissolves. Would not purchase again.

Am very disappointed with theses 'quick desolve' Melatonin. Have taken other brands focan not send photods as do not have r several years, but this one took at least 30 minutes to work %26 left terriable taste... Do not have smart phonr but are FAST DESOLVE Carlyle Melatonin 12 mg . Tried them twice. Glad to return if will send a return label.

I have been taking melatonin for a long time and never had any adverse reaction. I currently take another brand at the same dosage as this one, again with no ill effects. I took this product on two different nights and both times awoke feeling nauseous and unwell. There was also an unpleasant smell/taste that was not completely masked by the orange flavoring.
