really good product and great price. i will buy them again. but would suggest ordering before you need them cause very slow delivery time. maybe they're still using pony express for delivery🙃

Does what it says...
I've taken these before I eat a carb laden meal and have noticed that I barely gain if anything on thew scalee the next day. I am on a keto diet and these help me when I plan a cheat meal.
