This is such a great slicer. I cannot use my right hand, but find this easy to slice an apple Defiantly worth buying

I would only recommend this with cautionary use to someone. Pros: Sturdy side handles Slices down and is not flimsy like others I have tried Easy clean up and wipe down Cons: The sections are unequal Apples do not slice down all the way(could be based on apple dimensions) Core has to be wiggled out and sometimes doesn't come all the way out without the nudge of a metal spoon. overall better than biting into an apple so I will continue to use it until I buy an electric apple cutter

A little hard to push through apple but does a good job if you are strong enough to push it down.

Item held up ok in the dishwasher. However the blades are very dull and was always incredibly difficult to slice apples. After a few uses it ended up snapping and breaking.

I like the idea of more slices, which makes them easier to eat. The problem is the blades are so dull it is hard to use. Starting it is worst and it does not get much easier after that. I was very disappointed with this slicer. I really wanted a 12 slice slicer.
