Aqua Select White Outside Flip-up Safety Ladder for Above Ground Pools 48-54"H

We bought these steps to replace a ladder in our pool. The ladder was hard getting in and out of the pool as I have to bad knees that need knee replacement. We decided to buy these steps and so happy we did! They are perfect for getting in and out of the pool. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but they work for us. They don't float up as my husband put small peebles in the steps to weigh them down more instead of using sand. The handles do wobble a little but not too bad. Also people said they were really narrow, we are bigger people and they are not narrow. We have plenty of room. I wanted to write this review because they are perfect for us !! Definitely enjoy getting in and out of my pool now , so much easier!!

highly recommend. I was a little leery of how the quality would be for the cost but VERY impressed. Our new pools steps are great & make getting in & out of the pool so much easier for my disabled husband. They were easy to put together. We also ordered the weights recommend & HIGHLY recommend those as well. they are full incased so no sand can leak out of them & they hook to the back inside of the ladder so they're hidden & not in the way. Only negative I have - the hand rails are a tad wobbly (like they need a horizontal bar between them to make em not so wobbly). But I still give a 5 star rating & recommend these steps.

Very happy with our purchase so far! Once the order was confirmed the day after purchase, it was shipped out in two parts and both arrived 3 days later at the same time. The directions were fairly simple and the hardware provided was exactly what was needed for a study build. Hoping this lasts for many years! Thank you!

Easy to assemble except for the railings. Somewhat difficult to get the screws in the railings but to make them sturdier, the screws are definitely needed. Love the color and look of the steps! I'm 75 with a bit of a balance and leg/foot issue, but I can now get into and out of the pool with very little assistance. So glad I got these steps! Would highly recommend them!

The plastic needs to be cut with a saw to adjust the height. We are adding weights to it to help with the stability. It's shaky. I wanted it to be more stable for older swimmers.

The plastic is much thinner than I would have hoped. Pressing the platform into the side rails the pegs snapped way too easily we have it being held together with thick wire ties at the moment because we were way too far into assembly to return it 😭 We are going to try to put screws on the side eventually. Otherwise it's useable and better than the ladder that came with the pool. For the price I wish it had worked out better.

There were all kinds of holes in the ladder, but anywhere you actually had to put a screw you had to drill it first. Doesn't make sense and made putting it together more complicated! Very frustrating and a lot of cussing while assembling!!

The steps are great. However, we did not realize until we started putting the steps together that weights are recommended to hold the steps down. This was not mentioned in the description of the steps in the catalog. And weights are not even listed for sale in the catalog.

You need weights for these steps which would have been nice to know when ordering. I have tried calling and messaging the company but so far no response. You also have to add a solution which i have no idea what that is so i have steps I cannot use. I have called local pool supply stores but they don't have any idea either about either product.

These stairs are NOT the stairs in the picture on the walmart app!!! The picture on the app showed the sides were open for water to flow thru. When i received the stairs they were solid. The thought that you are receiving something from a reputable store like Walmart, that is not what is shown in the picture is ridiculous. I'll never order from walmart again if I cant trust that I am getting what I bought!!
