Second rice cooker from this brand. Does not disappoint. I will share that with the low carb option, I was not impressed with the result. I have done it once, will need to try again...Other wise, well made and delivers on all other functions

Cooks rice great. Doesnt cook hot enough when using slow cooker option, food turns out watery. Cooks well on soup option.

Need cleaning, sub-standard cooked rice quality
Cooking makes water go out of the vent and you need to clean it after every use. The rice quality is below that of other decent branded rice cookers, even for normal and low-carb cooking. However, you get what you pay for.

Non-stick Coating Comes Off
It worked well and was easy to operate. Cooking results were good but the carb reducing function prduced under cooke rice with the directions. Non-stick coating quickly came off despite hand washing. I had to return it because of this. I purchased another brand which was much more expensive has a ceramin non-stick. I don't want any possiblly toxi chemicls.

Wrong item!
Wrong item delivered! I bought the 20 cup smart carb rice cooker but was delivered just a 20 cup rice cooker. Not the smart carb cooker. I read another review similar to my experience. Thought it was just a random mistake. But this looks like Walmart is trying to give you a cheaper item than what you paid for.

You sent me the wrong order. The right order had a silver lining on the top part that is not there. This is full black.

Doesn't work!
Pretty sure I received a previously returned product. I've tried three times to cook rice and each time it had not cooked long enough as the rice is CRUNCHY. I've had this brand before and followed the Instructions and used the provided cup, it doesn't work, it gets hot but won't cook. Very disappointing. Returning and getting a different model completely, which is sad because I was looking forward to the carb cook feature
