The quality of this phone is outstanding. The volume is fantastic on the phone and speakerphone. Like that the ON button is green, the OFF button is red. Perfect for seniors. Because it'snot complicated to use. I'm going to buy this to replace my lousy phone.

good second phone
i would like the base be a little bigger or heavier other than that itis a good little phone. very easy to install and numbers are large too for seniors. has a bright screen when a call come in to read easy.

i do like the speaker.
i did like the speaker, but it's too hard yo figure out. the light on the panel is too dark for me and can't be adjusted. I can't put any spam calls on a block list, so they just keep on calling. but it's a phone and it foes ring so that's what it us.
